hi yochana, I really admired your decoration ideas and skills. Just would like to ask how you master these skills? Attending the course or just from book? I have been thinking of attending some course lately. Any place you will recommend?

hi dt,

Actually during my very very early years before I got married, I attended Wedding Cake Course with Royal icing, marzipan and Fondant and acquired several certs. But I've not been practicing for so many years...gone rusty lah.
You can attend some courses and I think you can try BITC. They do have courses on wedding cakes.

Hi aunty Yo,

I noticed the bride & groom also from the butter cream. This must need a good skills to do that. They are very cute.

Hi Family first,

You can get this from Sun Lik.

Hi Aunty,
After pipping with buttercream, do u keep them in the fridge if the cupcakes r only gonna be present on the next day? thks

Hi Khim,

It all depends...if your room is cool and the buttercream won't melt, you can keep at room temp otherwise it has to go into the fridge.
