Good morning, very nice & soft steamed layered cake, please share the recipe. By the way, aunty can you please advice if a recipe call for 100g of self-raising flour & I would like to replace it with plain flour how much baking powder should I add to 100g of flour & furthermore I would like to know how long do I need to preheat the oven before baking? Thanks.

hi delphine,

Add in 1tsp. of baking powder into the plain flour.

Yes preheat your oven at least 10 to 15 mins. before baking.

Thanks for your advice, so for every 100g of plain flour, I add 1 tsp baking powder.
