Cheese Mochi

SY and me had fun today...we made these cheese mochi. SY was hungry when she forgo her lunch just to be with me for the afternoon session and me with my greediness, we ate it when it was oven-hot. Imagine the hot chewy mochi with the melty cheese in-between. Wanna bet how much we each ate???

It seam like "Chipá" Typicals in Argentina and Paraguay... They are made with Mandioca Flour, and also are best if still warm, because cold they get hard...
