Hi, what a colorful combination you have there... that's fresh mango, right? I love any kind of mango cakes. Too bad they don't sell that variety here, and my mango tree (thailand variety) doesn't want to produce any fruit year after year... (sigh) I doubt I can get big fleshy slices like yours with our mangoes here, cuz they are more round than long in shape. Anita

Hi Anita,

yes i used fresh mangoes.

It's always the norm when you get a mango tree from Thailand , it doesn't grow very well in your own home.
