When you use whipped cream do you prefer the dairy or non-dairy type? I find the non dairy one has a smoother and "tighter" texture and hold it's shape better when piped. Do you agree?

Hi Anita,

Happy Thanksgiving day to you... my club has lots of activities today with heavy lunches and dinners.

It all depends what I'm using it for. For decorative purpose, I will use a non-dairy whip cream and for fillings, I will use dairy cream as they have a better flavour.
