your cake is so nice, so admiring.
Can I know what is the middle layer made up of.
I was very disappointed with myself, just cannot know how to whip the whipping cream. Usually how long do you whip your whipping cream? 1 minute to 3 minutes?

the middle layer is passionfruit curd.
Whip cream - you have to see and judge yourself. Whip till thick.
