May i know when you do the steaming process of the cake, did you actually use a cloth to cover the lid in order to avoid the steam water drip onto the cake. Why i have this query as i heard from others that dim sum pau is done by this way.
Can we use the same recipe to bake by layer instead of steam version.

It's steam...I never use any cover for this..
