Cuz if you are there, you really shouldn't be. You should be somewhere similar to Nigella's ranking and busy signing away your own published cookbook!

Hi Aunty!
Love the cupcakes! By the way, may I ask why the paper cups are xtremely oily in my case. Yours look perfect!

Hi Gardenia,

is the oil leak very bad? There will be some oil seeping into the paper cups definitely.

Hi Aunty,

I think the leak was pretty bad 'cos the entire cup was oily and the fingers as well.
But the cupcakes tasted fine. Thanks for the guidiance in advance!

Hi Gardenia,

Firstly, the recipe has too much butter or you could have mixed in the butter at one go. I have not seen your recipe so I cannot comment much.

Hi aunty!

Whenever I make muffins/cupcakes, they become sticky n sometimes soggy after a while. Why is that so? How should i go about storing them?

Hi anonymous,

Bake an extra of 5 mins to dry it out.

Put into container and chill it in the fridge.

Hi anonymous,

Cover the top with a piece of aluminium foil then continue to bake. It won't get burnt.
