Cashewnut Macarons

This is my first Macarons using ground cashewnut. I kept my fingers crossed as it bakes in the oven...I jumped with joy tho...

These are the mini macarons...you can compare it with the middle one which is the original size. The mini macarons are really very cute and you just need to pop the whole macaron into the mouth at one go.

Hi aunty,
Your macaroons are so perfect. Kindly share with us some tips on what to do to get the macaroons so evenly shaped.
Heard from a friend's friend that some recipes can be bought. Just curious - is there any chance of us buying recipes from you? Hope you won't be offended by this question.

Thank you & rgds,
fiona

Hi fiona,

I've not sold any recipes online before although I have numerous email asking for it. I'm afraid to sell a recipe to someone who doesn't know how to do it and blame it on the recipe. I have to becareful as I don't want to spoil my reputation. I will only sell to someone whom I know and trust that she can do a good job on it. If you have the confidence, do email me at :

It is possible to share another recipes on macarons and strawberry cupcakes? They are really very tempting. What is the filling for cashew macarons? Too bad I only see but cannot touch.
