Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Topping

aunty, looking at ur carrot cake, makes me drooling.
i can say that i'm a big fan of carrot cake with the topping-cream cheese.
but, everytime i do the topping, and try to apply it onto the cake, it melts easily.
can u advise me how to get "not-so-easy-to-melt" cream cheese topping?
the usual cream cheese topping that i use as below;

120g icing sugar
120g butter
250 cream cheese

Your recipe looks ok to me. Try using chilled butter.

i melt the white chocolate and add it to the cream cheese mixture as topping. The white chocolate helps to prevent the toppings from melting away. You need to cut down on your butter and icing sugar if you use white chocolate
