YUM YUM.i haf a question 4 u.erm...for the eclairs,must we use the k beater??i use hand whisk wan as i dun like use machine.but dun haf k beater 2 whisk..hehs.sorry 4 troubling!!

No need "k" beater also can. Infact a wooden spoon will work as well too.
