Hi azila,

It's not the dough. It's almond paste in the tart, topped up with a macaron.

Aunty,

Can share your crust recipe? I always fail when baking egg tart with my recipe... =( Thanks in advance.

This is very creative of you! did you add the macaron "as a topping" to the tart or bake it together with the almond fillings?(but then, i thot different baking time and temp is required for the filling and macaron, right)???? hmmm... scratch my head...

Do you directly pipe the macaron on the tarts and bake it or are the macarons baked seperately and then placed on top of the tarts?
