Dear Aunty Yochana, Wow...... can i come to visit you now? Your varities of macarons are very tempting.
I tried once but unsuccessful till now dare not even try anymore.
Dear Aunty Yochana, Yes, I did ate 2 that day but not enough, haha.... too greedy!!
Joking with you, i am at home studying with my kids while browsing through your website and saliva drops!!! Hope that I am your neighbour, everyday can see your bakes.
After your Bun Class, I think you need to organise a Macarons Class.
Thanks! =) How about those ground almond at Cold storage? Eg. bake king, or those at phoon huat? btw, where can I get teflon paper? Is it cheaper than the silicon mat? Around how much does it cost? Sorry I'm a student on a budget :(
Oh yes, do you know why the feet will spread out too much and the top will flatten?
I also don't know why. Did you put colouring? It normally happens if you put in the colouring. Frankly speaking, It happened to me before but I perserve and kept on practicing... teflon, try sun lik or pastry mart. They do have it. rgds
Hmm, I didn't add food colouring. However, I did add powdered matcha. :/ Yepp... Is it a must to use POWDERED food colouring? If so, where can I find them in Sg?
Can keep some for me until 12th oct. One bite and I already fall in love with your macarons, it really fantastic. If you are going to start a macarons class, I want to sign up first. I still have some egg white in my freezer waiting to make macarons only.
Hi aunty yochana! I'm a fan of earl grey and when i saw your macarons and earl grey cookies(last few posts) i fell in love with them! Would you mind if you email me the recipes for them? My email is juz_plain_old_me@hotmail.com. Your kindness will be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much!!
Hi Aunty, Like Vicki, I also like to know whether I can use ground almond from bake king or phoon huat, or you need special type of ground almond powder. Thanks.
So sorry I missed replying that...any ground almonds can still work. There is no special ground almonds for macarons. Even a simple nut like groundnut can still work, so don't worry.
While waiting for your class to start can i have your recipes for macaron? I wish to try some now..meantime, please let me know when can i joint your class??? really waiting for it ....
Yochana, thank you for all the goodies and the macaroons are simply divine. Maybe next run macaroon class? I am going to attempt your srikaya cake. Wish me luck ! ;-)
Sorry to tempt you the whole afternoon with goodies but I'm sure it helps to break your fast. O.K. I wish you all the best in your serikaya cake. Let me know if you encounter any problem.

Hi, It's time for you to start macarons's class . Everybody has been admiring your attractive macarons. I am looking forward to that class. Pity I miss serikaya cake. regards from Margaret.
Just wanted to know if you dry out your almond meal in the oven after buying it, or if you use it straight from the bag as purchased from Sun Lik? Do you further grind it in a processor with the icing sugar?
I'm very keen to join your class too. Esp if you have one on macarons as that's my favorite. Please let me know when u are having future classes, thanks a lot
