Can you pls share the recipe. This is the type of mochi I splurged on when I visit the specialist Japanese grocer store in Melbourne. I would love to make some of my own. Wonder if I could use the canned french chestnut puree which I had recently purchased ? Thanks in advance.
Is it possible to have the recipe posted on the blog? The pictures make me want to make it right now :-)
