Dear Aunty Yochana,

I have a question, try twice already, same outcome. So i decide to ask opionion from you.

I am using the bread maker to made the dough (using both improver and softener as well, but my bun still hard and getting harder for the following day... why?

After the bun baked, is that i must use a container to store my bun instead of leaving them air exposure?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Aunty,

Everything you baked turned out so perfect. Kindly share some tips on how to get the perfect golden colour of your bread. I brushed mine with egg white before baking but the colour didn't turned out good. Pls advise. Thank you and have a great week ahead.

Hi Fiona,

You have to bake at 200C for bread then you'll get a golden brown.

Hi Wong - K,

I think your dough is too dry, add in a little bit more water or egg to your dough.

You used your bread machine to knead only or you also use it to bake into a sandwich loaf. Normally bread baked in the bread machine is hard on the outside.

Dear Aunty Yochana,

Tks for ur advice.

I will try again by adding more water / egg into my dough.

Ooh, i only use the bread machine to make the dough... then i transfer them to the oven to bake.

Tks again...& hav a good day
