Your bread always looks very nice, light and fluffy. Mine never turns out like that. Do you use any improvers / conditioners for your bread? Thanks a lot! I just bought a breadmaker, but am pretty disheartened by the results. Hope you can help. Thanks!

I only use breadmachine for kneading and use the oven for baking. Baking in the breadmachine normally yields a hard bread. No need improver or softner for this.

Yes! The bread from the bread machine is very heavy and dense. Don't understand why.....sigh.

Will try baking it in the oven, and hopefully will yield better results.
