You used strawberry jam? When should we add the strawberry jam? before bake or after baking?

Hi Yochana,

Do you knead your bread my hand, mixer or bread machine? I havent been able to pass the 'window pane' test i.e. when dough is stretched to the point where it does not break. Wonder if you can share your experience with me.

Hi Anna,

I normally don't do the window test. I just beat for 15 mins, then touch it and see whether it's soft and pliable. I'm too lazy for that but most ppl like to do the window test.
