OMG!!! Aunty! How did you do that? You never fail to amaze me! Are the white dots droplet of cake mix or beans?

Hi Aunty,

Aiyoyo! Each layer is so neat. Wonder how you arrange them? Must give you a big clap.

Have a question for you. Can I used kou fen to dust the snow skin mooncake or must used steamed flour?

Hi LiYIng,

Thanks for your compliments.

Better to use steamed although kuo fen can also be used but it will make your snow skin hard and dry after that.
