Hi Lucy

What a nice and tall cake you baked! The sides of my chiffon cakes will never be brown like yours, sometimes even a bit sticky, any idea what's the reason behind? Also, it tends to drop down from the baking tin halfway inverted.

Hope to receive yr advice. Thanks.

You're really talented and creative too! Love your website!

Hi MsCake,

Your chiffon cake is undercooked. Let it bake for another 10 mins. It will not drop from the pan halfway.

I bake my first orange chiffon cake today. It was alright. My cake was a little dry and not as moist as I like it to be. How to obtain that soft and moist feel in the cake? What could be wrong.
