Bisquick Coffee Cake

Hi Aunt Yochana,
This cake is very interesting! Is it steamed or baked? I remembered one of my in-laws neighbour gave them a cake something like this. It was made up of "strips" and not the normal "holes" we see in cakes. Is this an Indonesian recipe? The one I had, had the taste of cheese and yellow ginger. Very nice and very interesting! If possible, can you share this recipe please? If not convenient, I can understand. Thank you! :)

No ginger and cheese. I made a premix of Bisquick and stir in eggs.
