Hi Aunty,

Wow, you have changed your blog template. Very nice. How to put those photos on the header? I am a computer idiot. Take a long time to learn how to set up and use a blog. Most of the work is my hubby who helps me.

Hi Aunty Yochana,
Is this the same as the 'Loong Fatt Tau Sar Piah'? Haha.. It looks so flaky and similar!

Haha Kim.

It's the same method as Loong Fatt. I love their Hainanese tau sar piah and now they are selling egg tarts too.

Hi Yochana,

It is so yummilicious, I am imagining sinking my teeth onto those pastry. I would be very happy if you can share the recipe with me before I start to daydream about it again. By the way, I followed your recipe on Winter Plum Blossom Flower Flaking Mooncake and it was fabulous. I couldn't thank you enough for all your wonderful recipes. Thanks again & best regards.

Hi Aunty Yochana,
Would you be able to share this recipe? As I made your lotus paste (and I must say it was SO GOOD!! Thanks =)), and I have some leftover, so thought of trying to make this baked butter pastry!!! Could you please post this recipe?
