aunty yo, do u reckon if u added some cinnamon, it would bring a certain twist and some zing into the cuppycake? :D
oh, and recently, i made some cupcake, and it was all nicely browned, but when i cut it, the middle portion looked sooooo dense and tasted very sticky, not spongey cakey kind. :( what happened? did i like beat it too much and too hard?
