Oooh, I'm dying to know what this pau is made from? Is the green layer pandan? And what exactly is the filling?! So mysterious, yet so inticing :P

your kitchen is readlly a testing paradise for the cookery books.. the newly sibu recipes right? :)

The publisher should provide you some testing fee to prove that the recipes are working.. hahaha

Yes It's from the SIBU BOOK. All my friends normally wait for me to make first to see whether it works or not or whether the book is good or not then they will embark on it.

For this pau, cut down on the sponge cake - green part otherwise you will have a lot of leftovers. In case you do have leftovers, just bake them in papercups. They will become delicious cup cakes.
