Hi Aunty Lucy,

Nice looking tiramisu cheesecake. What is the difference between your cake and the tiramisu cake with the sponge fingers as featured in one of your recipes? My son loves tiramisu cakes! Cheers n regards, Chris

Hi Aunty..

Baked n tasted it.. Not as rich tho. just nice for my liking... i use espresso coffee instead of instant coffee for the coffee syrup...hb prefers original recipe.. using mascarpone cheese and lady fingers...
