    Hello Auntie Yochana

    I am always apprehensive to use beetroot for cakes or muffins. How do you actually use them? Do you grate them before use or puree them?

    Hi Olivia,

    I steam the redbeet till soft then mash it and use it to make cupcakes. Surprisingly, it's soft and nice.
