Looks so yummy aunty :) i've tried your fly african and it turned very soft and spongy, but there is hard part in the center, and it just like uncooked batter. Any suggestion? Thank you. About the raisin oreo cupcake it gone in 10 mins, perfect and yummy.
Yes i use cold egg and ovalette (called TBM, butterfly brand and it is made in Indonesia). Nevermind i'll try again other time, i'm a learner who not afraid of fail. Thank you aunty.

Hard part could be due to overbeating...
Make sure your egg white is cold. Try again with cold egg white and ovalette.
