    I am a beginner....

    I only made once for the hot dog bread but the bread just like a stone. So disappointed....& too bad....

    So impressed of your baking products... thumbs up!

    can mail the recipe for me or not for the bun esp for the hot dog bun?

    Previously, i used bread maker to help me to knead the dough....

    hi Wong - K,

    I have a bun recipe in my blog - ikan bilis buns. Use that as your basic dough and wrap up the hot dogs.

    Let me know whether you succeeded. I probably can guide u a little at a time till you succeeds...otherwise I will have to open up a bun class.
