    May I know what bananas do you use and please post the recipe, ok?

    I always use "ang bak chio" or "indian banana" for banana cakes.

    Hi Karen

    I normally use Del Monte Bananas but for this cake, I used the bananas from my garden. I think it's ang bak cheo which I don't fancy.
