Aunty Yochana,
I am referring to your Fly African cake, can I know where can I buy Softasilk flour?
Awww...how cute! Can you share the recipe for this? I bought the pig mold at Ng Ming Huat, JB recently and would love to give it a try (hope I am hardworking!). Hope it's easy to make too! Thanks!
May i know in the recipe for your traditional mooncake, you mention using HK flour, can i substitue with cake flour? and did you use the traditional mooncake recipe for these cutey mooncakes?
yes you can use hong kong flour or top flour to make the dough. Yes, just use my traditional mooncake paste or dough and you'll be able to make these cutey mooncakes.

Hi JoANN,
Last time I bought it from NTUC. Check it out...they normally don't have stock.

Hi Aunty Yochana,
I love your baked goodies.
May I know what did you use for the pigs' eyes? It really brings out the adorableness in them.

Aunty Yochana,
Thanks for the info. I can't find the flour from NTUC near my home, will try another outlet.

Hi, Yochana!
Forget to check with you...since piglets eyes are made from black beans. Are they pre-cooked and hence edible.
aunty, these are soo cute! do you shape the pig shape by hand??
rgds-YooLee
Hi Yoo Lee,
Yes I shaped it by hand.

Hi, Yochana!
Thanks for your reply. I was still thinking of checking out Phoon Huat for the cute piglet mould. You shaped them REAL WELL! Kudos!
