The bottom is baked cheese and the top is chilled chocolate mousse.

Am back fm Pattaya and the first thing i bake was this cake and not the cheesy bread that i planned to make...hehe...

U know what... this cake is really rich in texture and taste...a little time consuming tho but its worth it... tks auntie for giving me the motivation to bake better..

Tks Aunty! now i better try to clear my fridge before i can bake another one! (a little difficult since my hb is in philippines now and cant take it to his office!) oh yes aunty... whenever i am somewhere thats cos i tag along on his business trip... not a real hols for us... more like weekend hols hehe

Question: I need to get rid of my cream cheese (500g) before we fly to Italy.. hv u ever use cream cheese for lapis cake aunty? if so... nice?
