  1. hi aunty,
i have a question about cakes/cupcakes. can you make a cake from a cupcake recipe? because i tried making a cake from a cupcake recipe but it didn't out nicely. it didn't have much flavour and was quite dense. could you give me some advice? thankyou!

  2. Hi Yochana,
your cheesecake look creamy, fluffy & yummy. Did you use cheddar cheese for the whole cake or added with cream cheese? Won't cheddar cheese make the cake salty? Mind to share the recipe?vhjhds

  3. hi dtwhale.

it's completely cheddar cheese and it's not salty.

This is from Alex Goh's new book.

  4. Hi Min,

Yes you can use a cupcake recipe to make into a cake but not a muffin recipe into a cake.

  20. Hi Aunty,

I baked this last night, but the cake turn out to be too soft, not like yours.

Does 3 egg yolks instead of 2 makes the difference?

    Overall its very nice.

  21. Hi Angeline

Did you follow the recipe exactly? I followed to the T, and the cheesecake is not so soft as what you have mentioned. You put extra egg yolks??? This could probably cause it to become too soft.

  22. Hi,

Yep, I added 3 egg yolks instead of 2 as not know what to do with the 3rd yolk.
Thought it wouldn't make much difference, now I know ...
