This cookies look delicious n do you need to use almond ground in this recipe. For baking all cookies, do we need to soften the butter before using it? Thank u n have a nice weekend.

Steam bake at 160C.

Hi angie,

For cookies, cold butter will be better so that your dough is not too soft. Yes some ground almonds added into the dough.
