  1. hi aunty,
This is so sweet looking!I like strawberry snacks. Btw, I've tried your steamed banana cake recipe on Sun. I made it into cupcakes and they turned out light and soft. I brought them to my CG meeting and my friends enjoyed them.Thk!

  4. Hi..

    You sure do bake everyday?
I really need to ask how do you "dispose" off all the food that you make so fast?

I love to bake a lot too but I have to refrain from doing so because I simply can't finish that much in a day or eat sweet food daily..

  7. Hi Aunt Yochana,

You are such an inspiration :)

Visiting your blog has become a daily routine for me.

I love baking too, it's such a stress-reliever and I love sharing my baked goods. However, poor poor student with limited budget can only do limited baking.

I guess like Anna Olson said in one of her commercial "The best part of baking, is sharing... then blaablaa... there's never a recipe for one"

Thanks for posting all the pretty pretty baked goods :)

  11. Hi aunty,

Was travelling and so visiting your blog after many days and went thru all your drool worthy bakes.
I made a chocolate mousse cake, used your mousse recipe from the mocha chocolate mousse cake. Was yummy.
Whenever you have time, could you post recipes for the classic swiss choc cake and the double choc cake?

  15. Hi Sharon,

the batter won't spread because I used ovalette (cake emulsifier or cake stabilizer).

  18. Hi Yoo Lee,

firstly your recipe must not have too much flour. Do not stir until the batter turns watery and sink. Bake at 190c for about 10 mins.

  20. Hi Lucy,

I absolutely LOVE you blog. I am just amazed how much you bake everyday.

I can only do this when my husband is home on the weekend looking after the children.

Please email me at angeliakan@gmail.com, I try to find your email contact on blog, but I could not.

I'll be in Singapore for my brother's wedding in July. Just wondering if I would meet up with you when I back if the schedule fits.

    Cheers,
    Angelia

  21. Hi Angelia,

If I'm free, yes, why not...we can meet up.

Your kids are young and that is why you can't bake so much. When the kids are grown up, well, u will have all the time to do it. Believe me....
