  9. Hi,

i feel like trying for this, but accidentally bought unbleached wheat flour instead of wholemeal flour. Can i use it?

  10. hi berrieam,

I think it should be o.k.... though I've not tried. Unbleached wheat flour - is it the same as organic wholemeal flour?

    Rgds.

  11. Dear Aunty,
Is it necessary to toast the sesame seeds?

it's up to you...optional. If you like you can lightly toast it will do.

  13. i just tried the cookies - it's totally tasteless! I think I would have to double the sugar next time. I also used organic whole wheat flour in place of the whole meal flour. I dont know what's the difference in taste though. Taste ok on the whole, just needed more sugar.
