Aunty,you have some of the best posts of anyone I know.For you the skys the limit.
Aunty,may I ask if the sponge cake recipe is the same as the Japanese cotton spongecake or regular sponge.Reason is cause yours looks cottony soft and spongy.If ever possible,would greatly appreciate the recipe.Thanks and happy baking.
