hi aunty how do u do ur bake cheesecake? its always turned up beautiful. mine either cracked or uneven thickness. mayb u can give me tips on baking. can i have the recipe or email me ctsfl65@hotmail.com,

Just don't use too high heat...For this cake, I used 160C to bake.
