Your Angku Kueh is super delicious and beautiful! Yummy Yummy! Haiz, I tried your pandan angku kueh few days ago, but the skin I made is too soft and sticky. I must have done some mistake along the way.... =( Can you teach me more on how to prepare the skin? Thanks in advance!
Haha.... I meant to ask where to get the shredded coconut.... =) I searched through some markets near my house but couldn't find any shops selling it.
Thanks for the suggestion, I will try again..... =)
By the way, just found out that you are a Hainanese from one of your entries in this blog. Hee... I am also a Hainanese! And a 100% pure one! Too bad I don't know anything about baking and cooking.... =(
Thanks for the info... I will check out later....=)
Hee, I think there are quite a lot of Hainanese in Singapore. Whenever I heard people speaking Hainanese, I will look at them and I always find so close to them. =)

Hi Mei,
ReplyDeleteIf it's too sticky, cook over very low heat to thicken it and it will be fine.
