hi aunty!

just to check with you, the other day i went to carrefour wanting to buy philidelphia cream cheese to make cheese cake. however there wasn't any philidelphia products on the shelves anymore. the staff in the supermarket told me that philidelphia's company is undergoing some manage,ent changes and thus there won't be any of their products int he market from now until maybe august.

is there any other replaceable brands of cream cheese that you could reccomend other than philidelphia? i can't seem to see any other brands on the supermarkets shelves for cream cheese.

This is a difference recipe but most pandan kaya cake are almost the same.

You can buy Anchor Brand from Sun Lik. Phoon Huat does have their own cream cheese.

I've been a fan of pandan kaya cake but I can't find them here in Australia! Do you mind posting up the recipe for pandan kaya cake so that I can make my own?
