Moist Coconut Cake

    wow , coconut cake !!! i like coconut cakes but rarely come across coconut cake receipes .... hope u can provide this receipe......thanks

    Also, when i try to cream a cake, there is always a lot of crumbs that surface and alas, all mix in with the cream,really a disater, hope u can advice.


    Last of all is ovelette bad? Wat can be subsitute for ovelette??

  6. Hi Kelly,

    Too much of ovalette is bad but we only use a small amount which is not that harmful.

    O.K. in order to prevent crumbs on your cake, spread a thin layer of cream onto your cake just to stick all crumbs to the cake itself then chill till set. Then you start creaming as per normal. This will prevent crumbs from getting into the cream.
