Hi Aunty,

For this 'Meat Floss Roll' is it that you just lay the tray with ham, floss and spring onion lastly pour the batter over it and bake. May I know what is the temperature for this swiss roll and bake for how long? The texture of your swiss roll look very fine, are you using chiffon cake recipe?

Hi Liying,

I pour the batter into the tray then sprinkle everything on top. I use a normal basic swiss roll recipe.
