    Please tell me how do you make the twist, does it contains cinnamon and cocoa? Is it a small or big block? Looks delicious.

    Hi Celeste,

    I spread chocolate ganache onto the dough then cut it into strips then I twist it.

    Hi Michelle,

    I'm not that clever lah...sometimes it's just an impromtu decision making and most of the time I look at books, retail stores, internet, ect, etc.
    I'm still learning till today, so don't give up.
