Hi Aunty Yochana,
It's already a daily ritual for me to pop by your blog to marvel and admire your bakings.
I have tried some of your recipes, e.g. egg tarts, butter cake, peanut butter and chocolate tartlets, etc. All these turn out wounderful, thanks to your clear and useful explanations.
I've just started out baking only early this year and I find your recipes very helpful. I even tried out the cream cheese buns (it was my first attempt at baking bread) and was very happy to let you know that although the buns look ugly (blame it on my poor skills), they taste wonderful. Thank you so much!!
I was wondering if you could post the recipe for the Maple Butter Balls. I love anything to do with maple syrup but find that there are not many recipes with maple syrup as one of the ingredients.
Hope you can find the time to show us the recipe for this. Thanks again, Aunty Yochana! =)
hi,may i know what brand oven do you use? as i'm planning on buying an oven but not sure of which brand to buy. any suggestions. reply me at chloe_yong@hotmail.com
