Wow another durian dessert. Aunty Yochana, I made your durian cheesecake on Father's Day for my hubby, everyone loved it. Though my cake turned out a disaster (used an 8" pan, batter and crust too much so no space for the topping) it still tasted great. Thank you for sharing. Now I'd really appreciate it if you could share this durian puff recipe as well. Cant you already tell I love durian :) thank you
aunty, just out of curiosity, is there a lot of people in your house? cos you bake so many different beautiful creations everyday, so there must be a lot of them to taste it?:)
Hi aunty, It would be nice to have you as a neighbour! Since the day I came across your blog, it is becoming a routine for me. Your baking is excellent! rgds,
My puff rise beautifully while inside the oven, but it drop flat to the bottom after come out from the oven :(...suggestion pls aunty Yochana? mail@fanny-w.ws
Oh..when the puff collapse, it shows that they are not completely dried out. Because of the softness, it just collapse. I suggest you bake a little longer to more cooked and golden and it will not collapse anymore.
When i bake longer, it turn to be dark brown and looks like burn. My temperature is 180 degrees Celcius and i bake it 25-30mins. Do i need to reduce the temperature and bake longer? Thank you :)
