Hi Aunty Lucy, I would like to try out this recipe. Would it be possible if you could email the recipe to me? My email address is jenlim001@yahoo.com. Thanks.
For shortening buy CRISCO - easily available in all supermarkets and Sun Lik. Can be used for cakes, pastries, cookies and especially chinese pastries.
Just wonderful! This is my first comment here but i have been it since 2007 and i truly love it! I always try some recipes here, they are so great. Please Aunty, can you post some Arera and Senbei recipes please? I will appreciate them so much!
Aunty yo, i'm trying to make my own granola. and how do i prepare dessicated coconut into it? i've never used it before, but i always see them selling it.
do i soak it, pat it dry and use it or something? please advice! i really love granola and i wanna make it myself instead of store bought. and if i reduce sugar and oil, what will happen?
thanks for all the advice! it has been tremendous help. esp since i started with betty crocker and now i can bake the cashew nut brownie cake thing on your blog and it turned out nicely!! :D
How to roll the swiss roll without breaking the skin? Perhaps I overbake? Also I tried your cheese bread over the weekend. My bread was quite tough. Please advise...
Hi Aunty, the swiss rolls look so soft and fluffy! I can see some speckles of colours in the cream. May I know what's in there? Are there bits of fruits?
Hi Aunty Yochana ~ It has only been 5 days since i last visited your blog and it has been overloaded with beautiful pictures of your new creations yet again! The rate at which you bake and decorate all your desserts has always amazed me=) This Green tea swiss roll and the Lemon swiss roll both look so fluffy and soft and perfectly rolled...I wish my rolls would turn out so nice =_=' May you please do me a favor and send me a copy of the recipes? I would appreciate it so so much! My email is lavenda_1@hotmail.com

Hi Amateur baker,
How did you knead your bread dough? Normally with hands your bread will not be so soft and fluffy. Use a machine to do it.
