  6. Aunty yo, i'm trying to make my own granola.
and how do i prepare dessicated coconut into it?
i've never used it before, but i always see them selling it.

do i soak it, pat it dry and use it or something?
please advice! i really love granola and i wanna make it myself instead of store bought. and if i reduce sugar and oil, what will happen?

thanks for all the advice! it has been tremendous help. esp since i started with betty crocker and now i can bake the cashew nut brownie cake thing on your blog and it turned out nicely!! :D

  9. Hi Amateur baker,

How did you knead your bread dough? Normally with hands your bread will not be so soft and fluffy. Use a machine to do it.
