I fried them. I prefer the fried doughnuts to the baked ones. The baked ones are more try and not so tasty. After all you are not going to eat a ton....once a while pamper yourself with a fried doughnut.
aunty, does these doughnuts still soft the next day? how long you mix the dough in the mixer until smooth and elastic?

Dear Auntie Yochana,

Were your doughnuts baked or fried ? I love doughnuts but don't want to eat too many fried foods.

HI Jacq
ReplyDeleteI used exactly the same recipe as I've posted.

Hi Aunty Yochana
ReplyDeleteIs it possible to use the same receipe but bake it?
Thanks
Hi anonymous,
ReplyDeleteYes, you can bake it but it will take more like a bun rather than a doughnut.
