I'm Rina from Brunei.
I've been an avid fan of your blog.I am inspired by yr lovely pics of cakes. You've posted a recipe of butter cake in yr previous entries, which I have tried. Sometimes it turned out all right, sometimes it was still moist inside. Yep i gotta practice more.
However, do you mind letting me know the brand/model of yr oven? :-)
I would like to get one like yours. I've surfed but the more I read the specifications and have seen many models, I've become somewhat indecisive which to buy. I would like to ask directly from an expert baker like you, what brand of the oven you use.

Such a lengthy post...:-)

Hi rina,

For home use, try "Ariton" or "Eka". I have both but frankly speaking I prefer "EKA" which i ordered from K.L.
