Dear Aunty Yochana,

It's amazing how your bakes look so lovely all the time (I'm sure you're heard this plenty of times b4). The oven in my house (the type with a stove on top) is down and my mum is looking for an oven (probably 1 by itself), is there any brand that you'd recommend? With your experience in baking all sorts of stuff from cakes to pastries, I'm sure your opinions are non-biased and trustworthy :)Hence it would be of great help to us if you could recommend certain brands. One condition is that space has to be taken into consideration! Haha...

Thank you in advance!~~

Greetings Yochana, ur blog has become one of my fav sites since discovering it and i've also recommended it to my friends and family. With such a vast collection of ur recipes you could come up with a cooking book as Jeannie said. i bet it would be a best seller too. Ur banana custard cake looks so tempting and i'm sure bananas must be one of ur fav fruit (as many of us)coz u've come up with many recipes using bananas.

Hi ziela,

Use a spoon to scoop the ganache the slant at the edge and let it flow down.

hi serendipity,

I'm using Ariston myself. You can see the wide range from Mayer Marketing. Have a look and see whether you like it or not. I've been using Ariston since I started baking.
