Beutiful agar-agar. Would like to try. What are the brown, green & white layers? Are the brown, green layers plain agar-agar, only the white layer is sweet corn agar-agar? Pls advise. Thanks
Hi Yochana, thanks 4 giving ur faithful fans ur cendol mousse recipe. Can't wait to try it. Ur 3 layer sweet corn agar agar looks so sweet and delicious. I'm pretty sure it must be ur own creation. BTW how do u come up with such innovative ideas? Wish I had ur passion and talent 4 cooking & baking!

Thanks, the gula melaka & pandan juice are plain agar-agar? what did you add to the cream sweet corn? My gula melaka was very light brown, not like yours. What type & can we buy from Phoon Huat? Pls advise.

ReplyDeleteSometimes my layers seperated when I cut the agar-agar. If I pour to fast before each layer is set than also cannot. How to get perfect?

ReplyDeleteBest to let be 3/4 set then scratch the surface to roughen it then pour in the next layer. This helps it to stick to each other.
