Zebra Line Cake

Oops...intended to make a zebra cake but it turned out to be a marble swirl instead.

Hi aunty, it's ok even if the zebra cake turns out to be marble swirl cake, I'm sure it's delicious. Now I feel like trying the zebra cake out too, cos my dd asked me if I knew how to bake that.

i know this cake use superfine flour. wish to ask whether am i able to replace it with hong kong flour?

You can use hong kong flour.

i have done the cake in the afternoon. the cake is yummy and soft so happy :)

just wish to ask if i wan to half the ingred. the timing should i use back 40-45mins? sorry keep troubling you

Hi busy-shim,

You have to cut down the timing if you bake a smaller cake to 30 mins. You still have to test it with a skewer.
